Responsibility

  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience for every client.
  • Support the management of daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high standards of service and product knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels, and customer interactions using the brand's retail management systems.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and VIP client appointments.
  • Ensure the boutique adheres to brand guidelines, including visual standards, product presentation, and cleanliness.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches, jewelry, or high-end fashion.
  • Proven track record in sales and customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of luxury watch and jewelry brands, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail schedule.
