Responsibility
- Conduct routine service, inspection, and preventative maintenance on industrial generator sets and fuel systems.
- Perform on-site technical evaluations to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system malfunctions.
- Prepare accurate, professional technical test reports for internal records and client submission.
- Maintain clear and consistent follow-up communication with customers regarding repair statuses and service recommendations.
- Ensure all works comply with company safety standards, quality protocols, and local regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize system efficiency and suggest technical improvements.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new power generation equipment when required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Engineering (or related field).
- 1-3 years of experience in generator maintenance, fuel systems, or industrial plant services.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, mechanical systems, and diagnostic tools.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues in high-pressure, on-site environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical clients.
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices.
- Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is highly preferred.
