Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned wholesale accounts to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including department stores, boutiques, and distributors in Bali.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency and promotional alignment.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with wholesale partners to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular store visits and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques among retail partners.
- Represent Fossil at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the fashion, accessories, or luxury goods industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
