Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight and logistics sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics processes is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
