Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly orthopedic product sales targets in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, orthopedic surgeons, and medical distributors.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events, medical conferences, and product launches.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, medical regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in orthopedic or surgical products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or healthcare environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and the orthopedic industry is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
