Responsibility

  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including VIP customers and corporate partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and product presentation to maximize sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, in-store events, and digital initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance in a luxury or high-end retail environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English. Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
