Responsibility
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including VIP customers and corporate partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and product presentation to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, in-store events, and digital initiatives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance in a luxury or high-end retail environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English. Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Strong leadership abilities with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer-centric mindset with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
