Responsibility
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue for resort properties in Bali's key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners to secure bookings and partnerships
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in Bali's competitive hospitality market
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns tailored to each resort location
- Manage client inquiries, proposals, and contracts to ensure seamless booking processes and high guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with resort operations teams to ensure smooth execution of events, conferences, and group bookings
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or luxury resort industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities, with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Opera PMS)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to travel between resort locations in Bali as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
