Responsibility
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of short-term rental properties, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Shadow and support department heads in guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and revenue management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to contribute to pricing and promotional decisions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve guest inquiries and operational challenges.
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Assist in the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Prepare reports and presentations on performance metrics, guest feedback, and operational improvements.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, upholding brand standards and values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service roles (internships included).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proactive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of property management systems (PMS) or hospitality software is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the industry.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, or professional achievements.
- Legal authorization to work in Indonesia (for non-local applicants).
