Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s client base in the logistics and supply chain sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client deliverables.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
