Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote factory automation solutions (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, robotics, IoT) to manufacturing clients in Bali.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key industries (automotive, electronics, FMCG, etc.) through market research and networking.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to customize automation solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring technical feasibility and ROI.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives, plant managers, and procurement teams.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and demos to showcase product capabilities and competitive advantages.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position the company as a thought leader.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide post-sales support, including training, troubleshooting, and upselling additional services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Business, or related fields. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or business development within factory automation, industrial machinery, or robotics.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies (e.g., PLC programming, HMI, motion control, Industry 4.0).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
