Responsibility
- Coordinate rebar orders and deliveries between jobsites and fabrication yards.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Prepare and distribute summary reports on orders, deliveries, and payment statuses.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or delays to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies in orders, invoices, or delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, shipments, and communications.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or construction materials.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with construction materials (rebar, steel) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
