Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to Sushi King’s recipes and standards to deliver a consistent dining experience.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to enhance performance, productivity, and teamwork.
- Manage cash handling, POS systems, and daily sales reports to ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing initiatives, promotions, and strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Japanese is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
