Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and service standards in alignment with company policies.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, cost control, and budget adherence.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and implement service recovery strategies to enhance satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain seamless workflow and quality consistency.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and supplies to uphold cleanliness and functionality.
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement to drive foot traffic and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, and operational improvement.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, POS systems, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak service periods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
