Responsibility
- Design and customize travel itineraries tailored to clientsâ preferences, budgets, and interests.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and local experiences.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other vendors to secure the best rates and services.
- Manage bookings, reservations, and travel documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth, hassle-free travel experience from start to finish.
- Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and industry best practices to offer accurate and timely recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel packages and special offers through digital and traditional channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel planning, tourism, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Proficiency in travel booking software, GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of global travel destinations, cultures, and logistics.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach and a passion for service excellence.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing client needs.
- Bachelorâs degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
