Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
- Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of team performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to maintain optimal stock.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Analyze sales reports and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Assist in staff scheduling, payroll processing, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
