Responsibility

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
