Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with Nando's standards for food quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage restaurant finances, including cash handling, sales reports, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and timely food delivery.
- Implement promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment in line with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality management is an advantage.
