Responsibility

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in alignment with local and company policies.
  • Monitor and optimize restaurant performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu consistency, presentation, and quality control.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and private dining experiences.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or upscale restaurants.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
