Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in alignment with local and company policies.
- Monitor and optimize restaurant performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu consistency, presentation, and quality control.
- Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and private dining experiences.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or upscale restaurants.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
