Responsibility
- Lead and mentor restaurant staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and operational protocols.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, reservations, and guest seating.
- Monitor inventory levels, track costs, and assist in budget management to optimize profitability.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to maintain high service quality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in alignment with local laws.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu accuracy and presentation standards.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top-tier hospitality talent.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in leading teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in food safety/hygiene (e.g., HACCP) is highly desirable.
- Passion for hospitality, with a guest-centric mindset and problem-solving abilities.
