Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and resolving guest concerns efficiently.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of service crew members to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage inventory levels, supply orders, and minimize food wastage to control costs.
- Ensure full compliance with strict food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare accurate shift reports, sales summaries, and staff rosters.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the F&B or fast-food sector.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proficient in POS systems and basic restaurant management software.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- Valid Food Safety & Hygiene certification is preferred.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
