Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in compliance with company policies.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor and control operational costs, including labor and food expenses, to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and drive performance.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and cost control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
