Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations across multiple luxury resorts and hotels in Bali, ensuring consistent service excellence and adherence to brand standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction across all properties.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to maximize profitability while maintaining high service standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, stakeholders, and local partners to enhance the reputation of M. Montesclaros in Baliâs luxury hospitality market.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends in hospitality, implementing innovative solutions to stay ahead of the competition.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and corporate policies across all properties.
- Conduct regular property inspections and audits to assess service quality, cleanliness, and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior management role within luxury hospitality, preferably in resorts or hotels.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry trends, guest service standards, and operational best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
