Responsibility
- Monitor and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements, approved drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical and logistical challenges.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site logs, and compliance records.
- Assist in the review and approval of construction methodologies and materials to ensure project specifications are met.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to facilitate necessary permits and approvals.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and budgets are maintained.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure projects, or construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
