Responsibility
- Oversee daily reservations operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- Lead and mentor a team of reservations agents, providing training and support to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and front office teams to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze reservation trends, preparing reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Handle complex guest inquiries and resolve escalated issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Implement and maintain reservation policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) and CRM tools to streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all reservation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in reservations, front office, or guest services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
