Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budget plans, and tender documentation.
- Support the team in conducting site visits and measuring quantities for progress claims.
- Help prepare monthly progress reports and variation orders for ongoing construction projects.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to obtain quotations and compare costs.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for project documentation, including drawings and specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of final accounts upon project completion.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure project specifications align with budget requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship experience in construction is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data entry and analysis.
- Strong numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Proactive mindset with the willingness to learn and work effectively in a team environment.
