Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing QA policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to identify defects or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, preparing reports for senior management to drive data-driven decisions.
- Train and mentor junior QA staff on best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Support the certification process for ISO and other industry-specific quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality specifications.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA or quality control within manufacturing, preferably in precision engineering.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean), and industry standards (ISO 9001, AS9100).
- Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for quality improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with QA software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
