Responsibility

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Liaise with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or changes in project scope.
  • Assist in procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating with vendors.
  • Support the resolution of any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Familiarity with local construction laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali and work in a multicultural environment.
