Responsibility
- Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project claims, disputes, and change orders while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and material sourcing.
- Support the Project Manager in resource allocation, scheduling, and team coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and industry best practices in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and proactive approach.
