Responsibility
- Assist the Production Manager in planning and coordinating daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
- Supervise and lead production teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements for enhanced productivity.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet company and client specifications.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on performance metrics.
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process optimization.
- Proficient in using production management software and tools.
