Responsibility
- Assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily spunbond manufacturing operations to ensure targets are met.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is operational and schedule preventive maintenance.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff to foster a high-performance team.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Liaise with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Prepare reports on production metrics, challenges, and solutions for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in non-woven or textile production.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of 20+ employees.
- Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in using ERP or production management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
