Responsibility
- Assist the Production Manager in planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Implement and enforce safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Supervise and train production staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resource availability.
- Prepare reports on production metrics, performance, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using production management software and tools.
