Responsibility
- Assist the Production Director in overseeing daily manufacturing operations and ensuring adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing strategies.
- Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, logistics, and procurement, to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Analyze production data to generate insights and recommendations for optimizing resource utilization.
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new production techniques and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
