Responsibility
- Lead and manage all electrical engineering activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and review electrical designs, schematics, and specifications for compliance with local and international standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into project designs.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and propose mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and present updates to senior management and clients.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale electrical engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations, including IEC, NEC, and local Indonesian standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or Revit.
