Responsibility
- Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demand and operational targets.
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and procurement teams to align production with supply chain capabilities.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles to enhance workflow and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of production plans, schedules, and performance metrics.
- Communicate schedule changes or delays to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation to balance workload across shifts.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar role in manufacturing/logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work in a 12-hour shift pattern (including nights/weekends as required).
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or demand forecasting is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
