Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to manage inventory levels and stock availability.
- Monitor the order cycle from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Assist in forecasting demand and planning production capacity to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize transportation and delivery schedules.
- Prepare reports on production progress, inventory status, and potential bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or precast industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and other planning tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory control techniques is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
