Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to maintain compliance with industry and company standards.
- Follow strict safety protocols and adhere to all operational guidelines to prevent workplace incidents.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate issues to maintenance teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate production logs, including output quantities, downtime, and material usage.
- Assist in the setup, adjustment, and calibration of machinery for different production runs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and improve efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or automation is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Production Operator or in a similar role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work in shift-based environments and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking systems.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
