Responsibility
- Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, In-Room Dining, and &ToGo retail services.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and timely delivery.
- Train, mentor, and supervise F&B staff to uphold Hilton’s service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotations, and coordinate with suppliers to minimize waste and control costs.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in developing promotional strategies, seasonal menus, and pricing adjustments to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all F&B outlets.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proven ability to manage operations, control costs, and drive profitability in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality industry.
