Responsibility
- Oversee daily HVAC rental operations, ensuring timely delivery and maintenance of equipment.
- Manage and coordinate the technical workforce, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients to address operational inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Track inventory levels, coordinate with procurement teams, and ensure adequate stock of HVAC equipment.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in HVAC, logistics, or fleet management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using operational management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, fleet management, and safety regulations is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
