Responsibility
- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient clinic management.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of products and supplies.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to uphold high standards of customer service and operational procedures.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and quality standards across all locations.
- Analyze operational performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in operations.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, customer feedback, and staff productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using operational management software and tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of inventory management and customer service best practices.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
