Impact Power Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Motorized Sales Representative (FMCG) to join our team in Bali. Responsibility
- Conduct daily sales visits to assigned retail outlets, ensuring product visibility and availability.
- Load, transport, and deliver FMCG products to clients efficiently and safely using a personal motorcycle.
- Monitor and report stock levels at outlets to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Set up and maintain attractive product displays to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet owners and staff to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collect and submit accurate sales reports, including customer feedback and market insights.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies, promotional activities, and merchandising standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education in business or sales is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector (fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome).
- Own a reliable motorcycle and possess an active SIM C license.
- Reside in or have easy access to Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physically fit to handle product loading, unloading, and long hours of fieldwork.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography and local retail markets is an advantage.
