Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Oversee all store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and revenue growth.
- Maintain exceptional store presentation, ensuring visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the supply chain team, and conduct regular stock audits.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in sports apparel or fashion.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for customer service and a deep understanding of retail best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
