Join PERSOL as an Assistant Nurse Clinician specializing in Infection Control for polyclinics and dental clinics in the vibrant Badung region of Bali. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will collaborate with medical professionals to mitigate infection risks, conduct audits, and educate staff on best practices. Your expertise will directly contribute to reducing healthcare-associated infections and maintaining compliance with local and international health regulations.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement infection control policies and procedures tailored to polyclinics and dental clinics.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential infection control breaches.
- Train and educate clinical staff on infection prevention protocols, including hand hygiene, sterilization, and PPE usage.
- Monitor and report infection rates, analyzing trends to recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local health regulations (e.g., Indonesian Ministry of Health) and international standards (e.g., WHO, CDC).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and manage infection outbreaks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of infection control activities and incidents.
- Stay updated on emerging infectious diseases and evidence-based practices in infection prevention.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license in Indonesia (STR) or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in infection control or a related field.
- Certification in Infection Control (CIC) or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of epidemiology, microbiology, and sterilization techniques.
- Excellent communication and training skills to educate staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
