Responsibility
- Assist registered nurses and medical staff in delivering patient-centered care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
- Support daily clinical operations by preparing medical equipment, maintaining clean and sterile environments, and ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols.
- Document patient records accurately in electronic health systems, including observations, treatments, and progress notes.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families, fostering a trusting and comforting healthcare experience.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents with varying medical needs.
- Assist in emergency situations by following established protocols and providing first aid or stabilizing care as required.
- Educate patients and caregivers on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care best practices.
- Participate in continuous professional development, including training sessions and workshops to stay updated on nursing best practices.
Qualifications
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; certification as a Nurse or Assistant Nurse is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting (hospitals, nursing homes, or community clinics).
- Valid nursing license or registration (or eligibility to obtain one in Indonesia).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with patients of diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in basic medical procedures, including injections, IV management, and patient hygiene assistance.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as part of a rotational shift schedule.
