Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or strategic role.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset and a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Experience in B2B or manufacturing industries is highly advantageous.
