Responsibility
- Lead and refine the demand planning process, utilizing statistical models, market trends, and historical data to generate accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align demand plans with business objectives and supply capabilities.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track forecast accuracy, bias, and service levels, driving continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to mitigate supply chain risks and resolve demand-supply mismatches.
- Implement S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes to enhance cross-functional alignment and decision-making.
- Leverage ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced analytics tools to streamline demand planning workflows.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, economic factors, and internal business changes to adjust forecasts proactively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or inventory management, preferably in the healthcare, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven expertise in forecasting tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra, or Excel-based models) and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing business priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
