Responsibility
- Strategic Initiative Development: Lead the design and execution of programs that strengthen caregiver preparedness and awareness in Bali’s healthcare and community care sectors.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, healthcare providers, and community organizations to align efforts and maximize impact.
- Program Evaluation: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of caregiving initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Policy Advocacy: Advocate for policies that support caregivers, ensuring their needs are represented in local and regional discussions.
- Resource Optimization: Allocate resources efficiently to support scalable and sustainable caregiving programs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to integrate caregiving strategies into broader organizational goals.
- Awareness Campaigns: Develop and implement campaigns to educate the public and stakeholders about the importance of caregiver support.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports on program progress, challenges, and successes for senior management and external partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in strategic planning, program management, or a similar role within healthcare, community services, or NGO sectors.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive initiatives from conception to implementation.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong data analysis and reporting skills to evaluate program effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly desirable.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government bodies and community leaders.
- Problem-Solving: Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to address complex challenges in caregiving support systems.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Deep understanding of Bali’s cultural and social landscape, with a commitment to inclusive and community-centered approaches.
