The Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to join our Sector Grants Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth administration, processing, and disbursement of grants that support vital eldercare services across the nation.

Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end grant administration process, from application assessment to disbursement and closure.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and grant funding guidelines for all disbursements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including eldercare service providers, to resolve operational queries.
- Conduct regular monitoring and verification of grant utilization reports submitted by service providers.
- Support the refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and governance.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and data analytics for management review.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects related to system enhancements or policy updates affecting grant disbursements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in grant management, financial administration, or operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and data management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or social service sector is highly advantageous.
