Responsibility
- Develop and implement operational risk management policies, procedures, and controls.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential operational risks across business functions.
- Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and risk exposure trends.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Lead or support risk mitigation initiatives and incident management processes.
- Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and governance committees.
- Facilitate risk awareness training and workshops for employees.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operational risk management, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g., COSO, Basel III).
- Proficiency in risk assessment tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certifications such as FRM, PRM, or CRM are a plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the Indonesian financial sector.
