Responsibility
- Oversee daily ticketing operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of ticketing staff, fostering a customer-centric culture and driving performance excellence.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue, including dynamic pricing, promotions, and upselling initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and IT teams to optimize ticketing systems, reporting tools, and visitor flow management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores, and operational efficiency, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation in ticketing and sales operations.
- Manage vendor relationships, including third-party ticketing platforms, payment gateways, and technology providers.
- Ensure seamless integration of ticketing operations with other visitor services, such as attractions, F&B, and retail.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ticketing operations, sales, or revenue management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
- Proficiency in ticketing software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the role.
