Responsibility
- Develop and implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments (operational, financial, and compliance) to identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies.
- Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and report findings to senior management with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and legal teams to ensure risk policies are integrated into business processes.
- Lead risk audits and internal reviews to validate control effectiveness and adherence to protocols.
- Prepare detailed risk reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting trends and emerging threats.
- Support the design of business continuity plans and crisis response strategies.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes (e.g., OJK, Basel III) and assess their impact on Erajaya’s risk posture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM, CFA) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably within banking, financial services, or consulting.
- Proven expertise in ERM principles, including risk identification, quantification, and mitigation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or R) and risk management software.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations (OJK, BI) and international standards (Basel, ISO 31000).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous.
