Responsibility
- Assist in preparing and managing project budgets, cost plans, and financial reports.
- Conduct cost estimations and feasibility studies for interior fit-out projects.
- Administer contracts, including tendering, negotiation, and award processes.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve cost-related issues.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
- Provide financial and contractual advice to project teams.
- Ensure all quantity surveying activities adhere to industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards in Indonesia.
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is a plus.
